 Bill and Nicole Carlson

Bill is a Gen Xer (born in 1976) who was raised in a Christian home, but ran from the Lord until his sophomore year in college, when he surrendered to God’s will and purpose for his life by giving his life to Christ.  He has bachelors degrees in Biblical Studies and Business Administration.  Bill currently works full-time for a technology company, and lives in Colonie (West Albany neighborhood) with his wife Nicole, and their four children.  Bill and Nicole serve as youth leaders in their local Church congregation (City Harvest of Albany), where Bill also serves as an elder.  Bill’s favorite scripture is 2 Corinthians 5:17 – “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: the old has passed away; behold, all things have become new."

Nicole grew up in Clifton Park and graduated from Troy High School.  She found forgiveness, freedom, and purpose for her life when she gave her heart to Jesus in November of 1999!  Nicole and Bill were married in February of 2002.  Nicole likes to stay active and on the go, and has a deep passion for evangelism and children’s ministry.  In addition to being a full-time mom, Nicole serves her family and Church faithfully.  Nicole’s favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:13 – “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”

Stephen Hayford

Stephen Hayford is a born-again Christian who earned his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 2002 and is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.  Stephen works and resides in the Capital Region and volunteers as an Allied Attorney of the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF).  Stephen is a member of Loudonville Community Church, and is a co-founder of the Coalition to Save Marriage in New York.  His favorite Scripture is Psalm 40:1-3, which says, “I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry.  He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.  He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.  Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.”
